Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer acquires the goods.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us through the withdrawal form or a letter that you will have to send by email or post.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding period.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund to the customer all payments received after the purchase, including delivery costs, without any undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. The transport costs of the return of the products will be borne by the customer.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until the customer has provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

The customer must return or deliver the goods directly to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which he informs us of his decision to withdraw from the contract. The time limit shall be deemed to have been met if the property is returned before the end of that period.
