Payment methods

Purchases made on the Diabalo website can be paid for using the following methods:

• Bank card (credit or debit)
• wire transfer

The order will be considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Shipping methods

We offer two types of shipping, both subject to stock availability and production times:

• Express shipping: guaranteed delivery within a maximum of 18 calendar days from order confirmation.
• Standard shipping: estimated delivery within 20 calendar days.

Note: Lead times include manufacturing time in case stock is not available at the time of order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.

In no case will Diabalo assume the postage, regardless of the amount of the order or the type of shipment selected.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event of a lack of stock, the customer will be notified of the new estimated delivery time or an alternative will be offered.
